Tony's lifelong love affair with pastry began during a 7pm-3am shift leading him to pursue the Baking and Pastry Arts program at the Culinary Institute of America, while working his way up from Assistant Pastry Chef to Executive Pastry Chef at Shadowbrook restaurant in Capitola.
He also became the Executive Pastry Chef at UCLA.
He is now chef and owner of his own pastry shop, Baked Bar LA.
