Your speech is a way to create good - remember that what goes around comes around

Our mouth is such an important part of us. We use it to feed the body, hopefully with good things.
We also use it to speak. May we only bring our good things from our mouths. Only say things that are nurturing and learn to not receive other peoples spoken word as if you need it to nurture your self. 
What goes around comes around. Our speech has power to build or destroy. 
When you speak in a building and empowering fashion we are bringing out this good energy and power into the world and it will come back to us, to nurture us as well in the end.
