The show stars Hassan Pinto (Moderator), Will Phelan (UNC Pundit), and Darryl Brunson (Duke Pundit). The pundits will give their unfiltered and passionate opinions about the biggest stories from that week and their thoughts about the upcoming weekend matchups! The co-hosts will join regular guests and contributors with unique insights. The show includes daily sports news, interviews with sports journalists, athletes, personalities, spirited debates, rumors, and other topics.

In segment 2, we recap the last two weeks of basketball in which UNC competed in the Battle for Atlantis, in which they lost to Villanova 83-81, bringing their record to 5-1. Conversely, Duke has been winning big, with a notable win over Michigan State.
