Host and former NFL vet, Jamil Douglas guides listeners through his personal experiences of finding his authentic self beyond the sport of Football. He will share the drastic changes he’s made to his daily routine, mental mindset, and embracing vulnerability.
This podcast will share a diverse lineup of experiences and will feature interviews with an array of different type of underdogs; from athletes to thought leaders and entrepreneurs. Over the course of my career and life, measuring success has constantly changed for me. I've done a lot of work on shifting my perspective, and pivoting when feeling like my success is only defined by societal norms. Here is to making the necessary shifts and feeling more in flow with ourselves.
