As a storyteller, I've crossed paths with countless tales, but none as intriguing as the silent stories of you, my South Korean listeners. Today, I'm reaching out to the 45% of you, mainly from Seoul, who've become such a significant part of my audience. I'm curious about the cultural bridge that's formed between us, and this episode is dedicated to understanding that connection. Join me in a heartfelt conversation where we flip the script – instead of me sharing stories, I am here to listen and learn from yours.

In an effort to bring your voices to the forefront, I've set up a simple form for you to share what draws you to my podcast, and how I can better represent your narratives. This is an open invitation to enrich our global storytelling tapestry with your experiences, whether they're life-altering events or the cherished tale behind your favorite cake recipe. As we embark on this journey together, remember that your participation isn't just valued—it's celebrated with a free storyteller webinar and a chance to win one of my special storytelling projects. Let's weave these stories together and broaden our worlds, one personal narrative at a time.

Speaker 1:

Dear South Korean listener, I know nothing about you. You know a lot about me because you listen to my podcast. As a South Korean, you belong to the people that dominate my statistics. 45% of my listeners comes from South Korea and most of them from the capital, seoul. I'm amazed, since I have never been to your country. I also know so little about it and your culture. This is really a gift for me, an opportunity to learn something new. You see, after working as a storyteller for almost 20 years, I have met so many interesting people. I continue to learn and evolve by listening to people's stories, and only that. Now I want to learn from you.

Speaker 1:

I have made a form in Google Drive and I wonder if you can answer three simple questions. One, why do you listen to my podcast? Two, how can I tell stories from your country? Three, do you want to share a story with me? It can be everything. You can tell me about a life-changing event, or just your favorite cake recipe. Tell me, then, the story behind the cake recipe. I hope you accept my challenge. By answering these three simple questions, I will give you a free storyteller webinar. I will also arrange a lottery and the winner will get one of my storytelling projects at my Patreon Links in the description of this podcast and all my social media, so find me on Facebook or Instagram and then you also find some information there and, of course, also my Patreon. Don't forget that. Have a wonderful day, south Korean listener. Thank you for opening a new world to me. I really appreciated it.
