Nina Alonso, an international educational researcher and advocate for global cooperation and development, holds a PhD in Education from the University of Cambridge. With extensive experience in diverse educational settings and countries of varying complexity, she oversees research consultancies addressing complex social issues in education policy and practice. She has worked for several international organizations like the IIEP UNESCO in Dakar, and the Mastercard Foundation, where  focusing on monitoring education agendas in the Global South. Passionate about storytelling and poetry, she has coordinated reading activities for youth in national and international organizations. Believing in the power of stories, she created the podcast series Teachers' Voices with BOLD to elevate educators' voices and foster reflective thinking on education.
