Here are some high-level tips that will help you achieve smoother interactions:

1. Communication With Fellow Employees

  • Always be open to listening and engaging in discussions.
  • Address any concerns or issues directly and respectfully with your colleagues.

2. Interaction With Supervision Or Management

  • Discuss any workplace issues openly with your supervisor.
  • If problems persist, escalate the matter to Human Resources for further assistance.
  • Should you have to go higher to get a problem resolved - do so, but always remember to be professional.

3. Engaging With Customers

  • Be honest with yourself about how you can better serve your customers.
  • Focus on finding joy in helping others and solving their problems.

4. Make Safety An Ongoing Topic
