In this episode, we will talk more about the role of the arts at the University of Michigan and in student learning and research.
Santa Ono became the 15th president of the University of Michigan in October 2022. I could easily spend the whole show today reviewing his many accomplishments, but for our podcast theme today, I want to highlight just two things. First, his three decades of experience as a university leader, starting in the Provost office at Atlanta's Emory University and later as president of the University of Cincinnati and the University of British Columbia, before joining us here in Ann Arbor.
