Episode #8 - Raising Resilient Children with Lynnette Sheppard

Have you ever wondered if your children will be able to face challenges present to them in this ever darkening world? Or have you felt like you are failing your children? I certainly have. And in today’s episode Lynnette shares ideas and encouragement to help us raise resilient children, who will be key players as the Lord’s work unfolds to usher in the second coming of our Savior. Lynnette’s favorite scripture is Doctrine and Covenants 6:36 “Look unto me in every thought doubt not fear not.” I hope that throughout our journey in motherhood that we will prioritize our relationship with God and seek first his counsel and guidance as we run into challenges. God is so willing to give us the direction and help that we need. He knows us and our children perfectly. May we always turn to Him.
