Earth Healing(Self Hypnosis Session)

We just love the earth. 🌍 Our beautiful blue home. She gives us life and everything we need to survive.  Lately I find myself in a state of appreciation for the earth and everything she provides for us. The earth gives us a place to belong to,  air to breath, food to eat, we literally cannot exist without her. 

In this week’s episode we talk about our blue beauty, and experience a the healing energy that the earth provides for us through a guided self hypnosis session.  In this session we will also connect with the soul of the earth and feel her intentions of love protection and support for human kind.
