So many times in our lives we feel that we are not in control of our reactions to out environment. Whether you feel unsafe emotionally, “attacked” or if you’ve had experiences where you were physically unsafe and are ready to regain your own sense of physical safety, we first need to retrain our nervous systems to feel safe.
We do that in self hypnosis by creating an experience of feeling safe and then gently practice using that safe inner space when stressful experiences cause us to feel unstable or dis-regulated. In this weeks session we create your unique safe space and learn how to use it properly.
