Don’t we all feel as if the world is moving too fast these days? I have to admit there were aspects of the lockdown period of the pandemic that I miss. Of course I would trade it all for those we lost, but maybe we can find a touch of meaning in all the chaos and loss we experienced during those few years. The slow really felt good. The ability to find quiet and function in the slowness was enlightening, for me at least. Our world moves so fast and there’s so much information thrown at us all the time, it’s hard to find enough peace to focus on one task, and get things accomplished. It’s almost counter productive sometimes. 

In this week’s episode of Self Hypnosis for Healing,  we are going to find our inner quiet, and our motivation to stay focused. 
Of course if you have been listening you know we are going to throw in some NLP exercises to help us anchor into that feeling of focus, so that’s later in the day or week we will have tools to easily recall the focus and get out tasks done!
