Do you ever find yourself feeling out of control stress? Or maybe you’re on your way to run an errand and you find yourself rushing to get everything done, making lists in your head about what you’re going to do next, with an undertone of stress that it won’t all get done.

We can set a new baseline of calm for our nervous systems to anchor to, so that we can calm ourselves when we are feeling unwanted stress. In this session we are doing just that! Calming our nervous system during hypnosis, and creating an anchor of calm and stillness to return to when the chemicals of our nervous system are receiving stress signals from our brains.
