Hi everyone, this is Meghan Opocensky, uhm, after looking at the poll, it seemed like a lot of people were interested in specifically the KAHOOTS for Funeral Service Management.
I hope you’re not disappointed, uhm…I kinda looked through it and out of, like, all the KAHOOTS it really doesn’t hit as much of funeral service management as I personally would like to cover, so I’m going to find a different guide for this but it DOES cover some useful things. So, uhm, as we get further in there are things that you are going to want to know but I apologize it just isn’t as comprehensive as other KAHOOTS are. But it’s something to study! So, uhm, alright:
What motivational theory is associated with Douglas McGregor?
Theory X and Theory Y
What motivational theory is associated with Frederick Herzberg?
Two factor theory
What motivational theory is associated with Abraham Maslow?
Hierarchy of Needs
According to the two factor theory, intrinsic factors of motivation are called
Motivators
According to the two factor theory, extrinsic factors of motivation are called
Hygienes
According to McGregor's theory, individuals who motivate through authoritarian, (WOW. Alright…there we go. I hope you guys laugh at least when I laugh because some words just get me, it doesn’t matter if I’m lookin’ right at it, it just tongue-ties me! SO sorry! HOPEFULLY you laugh WITH me) repressive styles practice ((Repeats definition correctly without interruption) (Sorry about that!) The answer is:
Theory X
According to McGregor's theory, individuals who motivate by allowing workers to develop and grow practice
Theory Y
What is the first level of the hierarchy of needs? (Oh, here we go)
Physiological and Physical
What is the second level of the hierarchy of needs?
Safety
What is the third level of the hierarchy of needs?
That’s going to be Love and belonging (Awwww)
What is the fourth level of the hierarchy of needs?
Esteem
And last, but not least,
What is the fifth level of the hierarchy of needs? (Remember there are FIVE (5))
Self-actualization

Alright, we’re going to move on to:
DMORT – Types of Disasters
-Now, this is going to be, like, super redundant, but bare with me because they’re important and I’m gonna get through it quick-
Ahh, I’m ready. Are you ready?
Which of the following is a natural disaster?

Which of the following is an accidental disaster?
Airline crash
Which of the following is a natural disaster?
Earthquake
Which of the following is an accidental disaster?
A Chemical spill
Which of the following is a natural disaster?

Which of the following is a natural disaster?

Which of the following is a natural disaster?

Which of the following is an accidental disaster?

Which of the following is a man-made disaster?

Which of the following is a natural disaster?
Volcanic eruption (I LOVE the escalation…)
-So, basically, like, if you see these types of questions, like, the options you’re gonna have 2 that you’re gonna like go “ehhhhhhh…” just please think about what we just read together and think about that as natural vs. man made vs. accidental, like, I promise you the answer WILL jump out at you. DON’T OVERTHINK THOSE. Uhm…so moving on…
DMORT - General Information:
-Now, this is important, it’s nice and short and sweet BUT you do need to know this-
What is the number of primary responders involved in D-MORT?
That number is: 25
Where is the location of the mobile mortuary container deposit?
I hope you might know this, Rockville, Maryland (I’ve actually driven right by this, kinda cool)
What is the number of work stations in the D-Mort mobile morgue used to process fatal disaster victims?
That number is: 50
How long does it take to set-up the DMORT station once it arrives at the disaster area?
7-14 hours (Now, my experience it’s going to probably be the lowest amount of hours because if you could have seen the KAHOOTS they gave you, like, 78 hours or 48 hours. It’s 7-14 hours. That’s your sweet spot.
So, last but not least:
How many FEMA districts are in the United States? (Now, you NEED to know this, whether or not you need it for this doesn’t matter, you’re gonna need it for…just trust me.
10 – There are TEN FEMA districts in the United States.
Alright! So! Sorry for this being kinda short…uhm…I’m going to go ahead and find something else to kind of put in here to work on next because this was…ugh. This is the one ya asked for…it just wasn’t as satisfying I guess.
Anyway, uhm, thank you SO much to those who have subscribed, this has been a bit more costly than I thought it was going to be. I really, really appreciate your support. Thank you SO much and I hope you guys have a wonderful rest of your day and I hope that these help you!
