Hello again my friends, and fellow future funeral professionals!
We are officially back and kicking off with David Penepent, PhD and his lovely and amazing co-educator and professor, Darian Cain!

For this episode we are diving into those ever-so-important Embalming Glossary Terms.
LISTEN VERY CLOSELY: These are so unbelievably important to know to pass your Science NBE (AND you really need to know your RA, no JOKE you will be CRYING IN THE CLUB if you think I'm just kidding around)!
We had so much fun and really enjoyed producing this episode for you. Fun side stories, as always (I AM SORRY I CANNOT RESIST, OK?!).

We are reading from David's book:
A Complete Guide to the Science Section of the National Board Exam for Funeral Services
Section: Glossary Terms for Embalming

Now, if you haven't already purchased either of his books (he has one for Arts and one for Sciences), I really suggest you do so. I know y'all absolutely LOVE those dang Taggart Notes but believe me when I tell you this: they are EXTREMELY outdated. When I read a section, I can't tell you how often I just gloss right past it because it'll say something like "as of 2015," or something similar.
If you want to purchase one, or both, you may do so on the D.E.A.D Program's website under Resource Material, AND, if you use the discount code MEG25 (seriously, it is really THAT easy!) you will not only get $25 off of one book, you'll get $25 off if you want them both, just do two separate orders- nothing wrong with the sneaky sneak! SAVE THAT COIN, Y'ALL! Seriously, mortuary sciences isn't cheap as is, so it's nice to save a buck or two whenever possible, right?

THE BIGGEST THANK YOU TO MY SUBSCRIBERS! :)

Please look at Season's 1 & 2 as Arts & Science, as we will be adding content to both as we go along. I just figured that would help avoid any confusion!

I have also started a YouTube Channel to coincide with this Podcast that I highly suggest following and subscribing to if you have not already! I will be offering in-depth visual aids of the various places of worship, casket construction and parts, etc.!
