You found the Mom Balance Podcast. We're 3 real women  trying to balance working full time, being moms to multiple little ones, and staying sexy as hell. Between the three of us we have multiple degrees in fitness, a wide expertise in supplements, thousands of hours in personal training, and countless hours teaching personal development.  

We are sharing our lives and ideas with you to normalize the overwhelming feeling that doing it all is impossible... and yet are still going to try! Each episode is split into fun segments that we used to dig for on in multiple platforms. We decided, might as well gather all the fun stuff in one place for our fellow mom, fitness, working gals!
