We've heard it 1,000,000 times. I don't want to lift heavy things as a woman because I don't want to get bulky. I want to be tone not big. I get really big really fast so I want to do light movements. 

In this episode we dive into the fears many women have about lifting weights and why they stay as far away from the barbell rack as humanly possible. 

We also discuss the idea that women are working out to get the body that most makes their partner happy, rather than working for a shape or form where they feel comfortable!
