What started as humorous wine nights asking “am I the crazy one here!?” turned into a deeper need for bigger conversations on empathy, cycle breaking and mental health within BIPOC communities – enter Empaths Anonymous, a space to cry, curse, and cuddle.

The conversation explores the themes of lying, being treated poorly, false perceptions, and self-awareness. We delve into the impact of lies on relationships, the importance of being genuine and authentic, and the icky feeling of becoming aware to your own flaws.
