Richard Craill

Richard Craill has been working full time in the motorsport industry since 2004, calling over 1000 races and educating up and coming motorsport athlete’s in the process. Richard has established himself within the group of Australia’s core motorsport broadcasters, covering the support card at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix for Channel 10, the Bathurst 12 Hour for Channel 7 and Porsche Carrera Cup & Touring Car Masters for FOX Sports’ Supercars coverage. As an extension to Richard’s career in motorsport, he is also a co-host of the highly successful Australian motorsport podcast, “On the Grid”.

In today’s conversation with Richard, we learn:

  • What drove Richard into the world of motorsport
  • How he essentially created his own career, starting as a volunteer at a grassroots level
