Hello there, and welcome to the third season of Podcast To Connect, where we help business and community projects really expand their audience growth and momentum with their projects so they can reach the right people for what they're putting out into the online space. So my name is Steph and I am the owner and I wear all the hats and Coffeelike Media, and I am here to share all this information with you. But I am not alone this season.

No, no, no. I am joined in every episode after this by April of Door Key Podcast. What we're doing in this season is really different than the past three seasons.

In season three, we're actually going to walk you through a light view of what we do in my Tandem Audience Growth Program. And that's usually a one on one experience where I'm helping either the business owner or the community leader really expand their audience growth. By the what April and I are going to share with you is really looking at the online presence of the project, really looking at who you're telling stories to, how you're telling those stories, how you're asking them to do the things you want them to do, the CTA's the call to actions, how your workflow can change to include more time to engage with the audience, less so with the nitpickiness. Now you can do that we all do with our podcasts and video and text projects. And via all of that, we're going to share with you how we work together, how we have worked together for three months, and the different milestones that April has hit with Door Key Podcast.

And we have an entire episode at the end where we're going to share the analytics of all of that. But along the way, we will share the less numeric versions of things that have changed for her throughout the three months. So those are what are in the episodes that are coming.

There are eight episodes every two weeks for the next few months. How we're going to do this is April's going to join me and we're going to discuss these different topics that I talked about one by one. This isn't everything we've done over three months.

It is a very personal, one on one coaching program. So there are things that are off the table, but there are also a lot of things that April has been very forthcoming in sharing with me and with you now about the process and the product and the growth and all of that that's happened over the three months that we worked together. So with each episode, there'll be some accompanying tips and tricks and documents and things to walk you through how you can use the information in the episodes to increase your audience growth and audience engagement, participation, connection, those kinds of things over on the Substack page, podcasttoconnect.substack.com.
