This week’s cocktail or mocktail – THE HENRIETTA WALLBANGER:
1 oz vodka (for mocktail, use 2 oz of lemon soda, lemonade, or ginger ale)
1 oz Galliano (for mocktail, use 3 drops of anise extract and 2 drops of cardamom extract)
1 oz lemon juice
4 dashes of orange bitters
Shake well over ice and then strain into a cold glass. Garnish with a twist, fresh herbs or dried flowers.
