Davenport, Iowa —At the height of the pandemic in July 2020, 10-year-old Breasia Terrell mysteriously disappeared during a sleep over at her half-brother's father's apartment (Breasia's Stepfather) - Henry Dinkins who was a registered sex offender and had a long rap sheet of sex offenses, claimed that Breasia vanished in the middle of the night, but throughout the investigation, Henry soon became the primary suspect.
