Romy is the founder of TEN Fit  or as she loves to call herself the Chief Empowerment Enthusiast. Romy is a Food Scientist and Nutritionist, Personal Trainer AND a Mindset Coach. Of course her most important role a Mum of two girls. Romy is on a mission to empower Mum’s to break free from diets, boost their energy and feel more energised. TEN Fit stands for thrive, empower and nourish- how beautiful. 

TEN Fit is aimed at educating and empowering women with the tools for long term health and happiness. 

We chat dieting culture, mindset and thought patterns, fuelling your body, societal expectations, comparison, energy, adding a variety of foods- rather than restricting, cravings, how to change your habits and relationship with food, find ways to love your body you enjoy, eat food that nourishes you and brings you joy. 

 Hot tips 

 Add in nourishing snacks- bring them from home with you so they’re readily available throughout the day. Will support sustaining your energy levels. If you’re fuelling your body- the cravings diminish or significantly reduce. 

Easy on the go snacks- yogurt, nuts and berries, veggies, crackers and hummus.
