Introduction and Excitement About AI

Good morning.  I wanted to come on quickly this morning because I watched a webinar last night and it's got me really excited about AI.

So I already use AI  every day, every single day in my business. I always use Google Gemini, chat GPT, I use AI that's built in within the apps that I use as well. So I use notion and I use the AI built in within that as well.

Exploring Google Notebook LM

But, there's a new tool that's just come out from Google called Notebook. Yeah, I think it's gonna change everything. It's all about being able to feed specific information into it, it's basically, so you could put your your homepage in there, and then you can actually get it to generate an AI, like, podcast .

So,  I did it with my sales page yesterday where I put one of my sales page for my VIP days in there and got it to generate, a podcast and basically what it does is it generates a really good two person podcast where they're talking about the subject of whatever you've just put in there.

And it's incredible for learning, like for people who struggle with learning, with reading textbooks and those kind of things, you can actually then prompt it with that link or you can just upload a PDF into it or a text file into it  and then it will generate this podcast that you can then listen to.

It's basically explaining the concepts of what's on the page. I feel like I'm underselling it here because it's amazing, like the implications of how you could use this are huge.

I think the big benefit is you can tell it what to look at, so what sources of information to look at. Whereas with ChatGPT and with AI at the moment, it will do its responses based on what it's been, how it's been programmed and based on what's in it's memory.

Where as actually, this way you can just keep it to the facts that you want it to look at. It's something that, like I've been watching this one webinar, I've had a little play with it yesterday but just from watching this one webinar I can see how it could be useful.

Applications in Podcasting and Content Creation

So powerful, even for podcasting. I have a process of how I create my podcast show notes and descriptions and things like that. But actually using this, I could put all of my podcasts in as sources of information and then it would read the transcript so it would be able to tell me everywhere where I've talked about one particular subject or given different perspectives on it.

I could then also feed it in related podcasts in as a source and look at where other people have talked about things and I haven't. And it could give me ideas for, angles or different ways to approach things. I think it's a really exciting development and the ways that I can see me using it in my business is for using it for, the podcasting thing.

I've been thinking about how I can help people to create a content database. I think that's one of the biggest things if you're blogging or if you've got lots of content on your website or even if you haven't, even if you're just trying to build out the content on your website.

Having a place where everything's together and you can create content and I'm just going to quickly ask it a question like, what other blogs are related to this particular topic that I'm talking about today?

And then that way you'd be able to create some links between those blogs which is really fantastic for SEO, because it helps to keep people on your site for longer. It helps them to be able to go through your content, binge your content really and  it's all of those internal links on your website.

As well as, it's really important for us to get links coming into our website from other places, all of those internal links also really matter. And that's something that you can control. So, you don't have control really of whether other people link to your website, but you can control how you link your content together.

Enhancing Course Creation and User Experience

It can also be really good for if you are a course creator, or if you've got a group program, for actually helping you to, understand your student journey or even the user journey through your website.

So you could actually then be able to,  then prompt it with, or upload the information from your courses, from all your modules in your course and ask it to look for gaps or ask it to look for questions that may come up or ask it to look for common stumbling blocks.

Centralising Information with AI

And you might think, well, you do this with ChatGPT anyway? If you had the transcript for your modules, could you then do that in  ChatGPT? But I think the big thing is that I find, I've got loads of threads on ChatGPT and I get loads of, like, great information in there, but then it gets lost in the thread.

And it's really hard to search for it and I kind of think, oh, I need to get that stuff out. And I tend to try and do that. So if I'm, if I'm doing some work on things like my ideal client avatar or my unique selling proposition or something along those lines, then I will actually take that information and put it into a Google Doc.

So that the bits, it's the snippets, the good bits that I want to save, I can put them in a Google doc. But what this will allow you to do is then have this central database for that sort of information. You can then go in and search it, ask questions, get it to talk to you if you wanted to generate a podcast about what you, so it's, I call it a podcast, but basically it's two people having a conversation about that particular topic.

So that's where I think it could be really, really valuable and just in being able to  not just get lost in that, that abundance of information that we then tend to have in these chat GPT chats and I know that I get some really great stuff out in them and  it just gets lost because I don't have a way of actually then consolidating that.

And you can actually then, if there's something really great that comes up in the chat, you can save that as a note within the notebook.

And then you can refer back to that, and yeah, it's incredible. So if you haven't checked it out, have a little look. I will, I'm sure I will end up doing some training around this and, I will do something around how I'm gonna use it for podcasting.

I'm gonna try using it and just see how it works, see if it makes it easier. I think, definitely think it will because it will just help me to  just refine the process of what I'm doing and just, as I say, have that central place so I can keep all of my information together and be able to easily search it, ask it questions about that information and, yeah, I think it's an absolute game changer.
