Project 20 - starts today!
Well, it's day one of Project 20! This 20-week journey is my quest to break the 20-minute barrier for a parkrun. A couple of years ago, I managed to get my time down to 20:20, but recently I clocked in at 21 minutes. Realizing I needed some expert guidance, I reached out to Carl, my run coach, and asked if he could help me achieve my sub-20-minute goal.
