Jim Becker
Jim Becker founded the 3PL brokerage company Becker Logistics in 1997 (27 years), which has since flourished into one of the top 100 3PL companies in the United States. As of May 2024, Jim became the co-CEO of Becker Logistics and will transition solely to Chairman of the Board on January 1, 2025. He also serves on the board of the NASDAQ publicly traded company ASTC, contributing to M&A, strategic direction, and sales growth.
As a Cognitive Logistics Master, Jim revolutionizes how people think, mindfully lead within the logistics sector, and navigate one’s own thoughts and roadblocks towards success. His book, Falling into Being: Moment by Moment, will be released in November 2024. His motto, “If nothing changes, nothing changes,” reflects his belief in personal growth and transformation.
