Hello everyone. I'm super excited to share that I'll be hosting the first episode of the LiveChat Factory podcast. I'm Karen and I would be thrilled if you would join me. I will be welcoming one of our valued clients this first episode, and they'll be sharing their journey with us. They'll be talking about discussing the challenges they've faced before outsourcing, why they chose to outsource, and how the partnership has transformed their customer service experience. So in this very first episode, we'll be diving into the topic that's crucial for many businesses. Do I outsource or not? It's a big decision, I totally understand it. You're trusting somebody from outside of your business to look after your customers, and in a lot of other cases, do a lot of things like HR and IT, etc. But this is solely about customer service, which is massive in any business. So we'll be exploring the motivation behind the decision, the setup processes, and the impacts that it can give you. And what I mean by that is fantastic growth. Why wouldn't you want to be cost efficient, have somebody to handle all your customer service, bring in fantastic stats for you, lead generation? But is that just not the price you want to pay? So let's have a look at it. So the podcast will be designed, really it's about offering valuable insights for any business, considering outsourcing, and we'll definitely be delving into that. What we'll also be providing is hints and tips around customer service. As the series progresses, we'll be looking at things that are real in the contact centre, and real issues that customer service advisors have to deal with. So be prepared for an engaging and informative discussion. We want to show you how outsourcing, in particular in this first episode, can be a game changer for your business. I'm sure we all know that in today's business environment, customer service is huge. And companies are continuously exploring ways to enhance their customer service, their customer interactions, their customer experience, and they want to at the same time streamline their operations. And 75% of customers apparently say they have recommended a company based on excellent customer service. I know I have. I know if I get great customer service, then I'll tell everybody, I think it's wonderful. These are some of the questions we'll be addressing in our podcast series. We will be asking because we want you to join in with us. We want you to send your questions in. And our goal is to provide you with practical insights, real world examples. So I want to get some really interesting people. So if you'd like to be on the podcast, please get in touch. Because if you're passionate about customer service, which we are, let's share those examples. Let's raise the bar for customer service, and in particular digital customer service, where I think a lot of the time it gets really bad press. But, you know, conversational support can be brilliant for across the board for businesses, operations, advisors, cost centers. It can affect everything. So let's have a look and see how it could work for your business. So, as I say, on my first episode, one of my fabulous clients, so I really appreciate that they're going to come along and chat to us and tell us, you know, about what was it that made them make that decision and definitely the tangible benefits they've experienced since partnering with us. In each episode, we'll be featuring in-depth conversations with industry experts, clients and thought leaders in the field of customer service and outsourcing. So we'll be exploring the initial motivations, which is really, we'll go in-depth about that because it's a lot easier than you think. And I know a lot of businesses say to me, how would you know our business? There's something we can explore straight away.
