Today I have the pleasure of introducing you to your neighbor, michelle Tran, with Greystone Nail Bar. Michelle, how are you doing today? I'm doing great. Yes, ma'am Great. Thank you for asking. We're excited to learn all about you and your business. Tell us a little bit about your company.

Well, Greystone Nail Bar has been for a long time in the industry and we commit to bringing the best moment, the best moment ever, for our clients. And we do have 30 good, experienced nail techs. We do all kinds of chrome nail gels, acrylic design and also tap nail and gel X and we give the best to all our clients and we want to make sure they're relaxations and we promote comfort, beauty, well-being-being and health and our clients our first party and we want to bring in a high quality products and a great sense sanitation for the sender.

Wow, that's very, very cool. And how'd you get into this business we get into?

this business is we fortunately enough that we, with a bunch of people that have us through it and trainers and you know, have us to bring in the best for the people around the neighborhood.

Wow. And are there any myths or misconceptions in your industry? Are there any things that people think are true about the nail industry that are not?

well, there's some pro and cons about nail dent industry, because you know um, of course you know um people talk good about people also talk bad about us as well. You know how, if the clients come in and see us some things that you know, then they'll look good. Some might not. It just we have. If we make any mistake, we're gonna work on it and make sure they're happy and outside of work.

What do you guys do for fun? Um?

outside work. Um, well, um, I love to read books, listen to music. Of course you know classics music and also, you know, help out any church and temple if they need to volunteering.

Wow, and where do you volunteer?

any kind of event that we come in, we try to have them out to cook some food or we sell some food and to bring in the donations to the church and the temple.

Wow. Well, let's go ahead and change gears for a second. We've described and talked about a lot of the positives of the nail industry and some things you like to do for fun, but let's go ahead and talk about one hardship or life challenge that you rose above and can now say because of it, you're better and stronger. When I say that, what do you think of?

um, for to make you know our pretty much our goal and from for all of our nail technicians we want to make sure that we bring in the best technologies and we want to make sure that you know um everybody come to our nail salon. They feel welcome and they feel happy and relaxed. That's our main goal that's.

That's really good. Were there any tough times, you know, throughout getting started with the nail spa?

We do have some tough time as well when you know everything is going up. You know all the inflation that we have to deal with out there, but you know we try to bring in the best that we could for all.
