BodyHacking - Build a Better You

My Story: Overcoming Food Intolerances, a Weak Immune System, and Chronic Disabling pain | Ep 1

Michaela Morrell Season 1 Episode 1

Why did I start a podcast?

This is PART 1 of the story. This episode is all about my own health journey.

PART 2 will be about what inspired me the most to return to school to study nutrition after having a background in Business and Marketing. The big reason - is my MOM´s cancer journey.

But today - I will be sharing about:
My poor immune system
My food intolerances (I could not eat any fruits what so ever and half of the veggies were a big NO NO)
and my Chronic neck pain!

I know how it is to have a body that keeps on getting sicker and sicker! No matter how many "experts" you seek out or how clean I was eating... Nothing helped!
Hopelessness became a fact.

Today, I am sharing my experience with you!
