Realizing that my other podcast Into The Shadows was starting to turn into a momcast instead of a spiritual healing one I decided it was time to separate them and create a "mom podcast" which will focus on all this mom life and building a village of other like-minded moms.

So, the next few episodes will be all the ones I had from over there talking about motherhood transferred over here.
