Hey Soothers! EMFs, HSPs, all the acronyms. Today I'm diving in on how I went from somebody who never once thought or worried about non-native EMFs (the electromagnetic fields and radiation produced by technology, appliances, cell phones, wifi routers, etc) to somebody who has started to see a lot of evidence that they are, at the very least, not helping HSPs thrive. I walk you through my own journey of realization of their effects in my personal life, and also then what I've seen and pieced together in my clients' health stories. Most of the conversation around EMFs I've heard has either been panicked and fear-mongering, or judgmental and condescending (that they can't possibly have an effect and anybody who thinks so is a conspiracy theorist) and I think there is a space for a middle ground to think about them and I hope to provide that for you today.

If you're interested in learning about to meaningfully reduce EMFs in your life plus other health benefits from nature, geared toward the HSP, sign up for the waitlist for Recharge Your Light. You'll get $200 off the course cost and also will be invited to join a free 5-day Recharge Challenge I'm hosting in June. Recharge Your Light opens for earlybird enrollment June 3, and we begin class June 20. You can easily take this class self-paced so don't worry about needing to attend live for it.

Join the Sunday Soother Membership for a New Moon Journal Circle, a Tarot Teaching Circle, and pre-recorded masterclass for the month (cancel anytime).

The Sunday Soother podcast is a spin-off of The Sunday Soother, a weekly newsletter that creates conversations around compassionate personal development and helps readers access their spirituality, magic and mindfulness in practical, actionable ways.
