Welcome everyone. I'm Sophia Yvette, co-host and producer here in the studio with Brad Kaufman. Brad, how's it going today?

I can't complain and, as you know, I woke up on the right side of the earth. Every time we get together, Love to hear it.

I know over the years you've grown a remarkable following. However, some of our listeners might not be familiar with your full journey. Let's take it from the top. Could you share?

Speaker 3:

a little background about your company and what you do. About your company and what you do. Bravo Kilo Advisors was born out of a necessity. Having departed another M&A firm, I had a couple of church neighbors that were mergers and acquisition advisors, consultants, and jumped on board with one of them and a year ago, this past July, I created Bravo Kilo Advisors to continue in that same mantra of creating value for business owners.

Speaker 2:

And when you're not busy running your business, what do you do for fun?

Speaker 3:

I spend a lot of time with my eight-year-old granddaughter, who lives about five minutes away from us, in conjunction with our four. English Bulldogs and my wife, who I love dearly, and she has been a blessing since we've been together and I'm thankful for her and thankful to God every day that she's in my life.

Speaker 2:

Amen to that. Brad, I know you are a very busy person, In your own words. Why are you doing this?

Speaker 3:

I think, most importantly, brokers are maligned with an industry that's not really known to be, an industry that's not really known to be owner-occupied or owner-entrenched. But I prefer to be a legacy builder with my clients to allow them to continue their legacy, either in a successful transaction to their business partner, to a potential buyer, and then that legacy building amongst their family and their peers, so that the child that they have raised, their business now, can continue and the legacy of that product or that service continues with a new owner service continues with a new owner.
