Jen is the co-founder of the Agile Change Leadership Institute and co-founder and facilitator of Busting Silos, a self-paced collaboration course for individuals and teams. She's led what can only be described as a very diverse career, working in unique roles that have positioned her to help navigate organisations and people through transformation.
