Here at Fadlads, Chris & Dok  challenge themselves to a bout of a fad, or a way of life... a month at a time and doing it EVERY DAY. Then, and only then, can we report back to you what it feels like and whether it is something you want to try yourself. 

This month Chris takes on Intermittent Fasting, Dok aims to do 100 push ups a day and our guest this month is blogger and model Emma Smyth (@the_em_edit) Emma tries to see if getting up at 5am every day is going to make her successful...

After this opening episode, we will report halfway through the month as to how it’s going, and if we're surviving and then finally, at the end of the month, we discuss what, if any, the benefits of our fad are. Each month will be a new fad and will be for the body or mind in some way or other. The key is doing it EVERY DAY.
