In the second month of challenges Chris & Dok switch it up with challenges that focus on mental health as well as physical. Chris decides to take on 30 minutes of yoga a day, and Dok is giving up all forms of social media (which for him is Twitter and Instagram) as well as immersing himself in 10mins of meditation a day.

Because Dok is off social media, Chris is now in charge of Twitter and & Instagram... should be interesting...
