This week, I bumped into Roy Gluckman. Roy is the director of Cohesion Collective, which is an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) consulting and training firm & is a Ted X speaker. His firm have facilitated sessions at multinational firms from Mckinsey & Co, BAT, Unilever, Deloitte and FNB to name a few.
