How do you get through the darkness of a tragedy? Thats what we are discussing today with Brandi Zenzel.
A major injury can change life as you know it in a moment. This is what happened to Brandi Zenzel when her husband had a traumatic brain injury. We are so used to hearing something tragic and followed by "try to find the positive" or "everything happens for a reason". We always want to see the positive side, but sometimes that optimistic outlook doesn't allow for acceptance and healing. In this week's episode, I am talking with Brandi Zenzel on simple tips to living with the suck and dealing with life on the other side of a tragedy.
