#12 What's your Divine Assignment?
Have you ever gotten an intuitive ping, a feeling, a knowing that you're supposed to do something—maybe even something you don't want to do, but feel compelled nonetheless? I call those divine assignments and I've gotten a few big ones in the last year. One of the most fear-inducing ones was starting this podcast! Another big one was doing my kundalini yoga teacher training at Yoga West in Los Angeles, which I just gradated from this past weekend. In this episode, dedicated to my fellow new kundalini yoga teachers from the training, I talk about how I've approached these assignments that may seem daunting and why they were so impactful for me. I also talk about how you can tune in to really listen to your divine assignments and give you some ideas about how to start.
