In this episode of The Simple Home Podcast, I talk with Lindsay about positive parenting and how to implement strategies that benefit both the parent and the child.
Having effective strategies to help ease the hardest moments of parenting are invaluable. Lindsay shares her wisdom with us on connecting with our children through discipline that builds relationship. Positive parenting has become somewhat of a buzz word, but before I really started talking with experts in the field, I had a misconception of what it meant. Positive parenting is not passive parenting (which may be the biggest misconception) and it's not a parenting "easy button". Lindsay provides us with practical strategies to use throughout our parenting journey. Strategies that work and create a positive relationship with our kids while holding firm limits.
