Martin Luther's Evening Prayer
"An Unchanging Faith for Changing Lives" describes the message of God for us in the turmoil of the 21st Century. This faith is taught at St. John's Lutheran Church of Taylor, Michigan, and other congregations of the Lutheran church-Missouri Synod. Rev. Dr. Richard Zeile, Pastor at St. John's, applies the Word of God to our everyday experiences. God's LAW always accuses, but God's GOSPEL shows where grace can be found, through Jesus Christ who died for our sin, but rose that we may have eternal life.

Galatians 4 The Fullness of Time
Beginning with the spiritual, "Go Tell It on the Mountain," this meditation on Galatians 4 ponders Paul's words about the "fullness of time." Dr. Zeile discusses the difference between the Greek words, and the insights of the Greek father Eusebius whose treatise, "The Preparation for the Gospel" identified elements of God's providence in establishing the Roman peace, the system of roads, and Greek as a common language in the Empire and beyond so that the good news of Jesus might be spread to many peoples around the world. The program concludes with the Last Gospel, the reading of John 1, accompanied by "Silent Night."
