Adrian reminds viewers that meditation, even simple breathing exercises, change your physiology. With meditation, we learn to go from fight or flight to a relaxed state. We are designed to manifest and create, and we are powerful and in control. Different things come to our lives based on our thoughts and feelings. We have to make sure that our subconscious thoughts and beliefs serve us, so that we may turn our negative thoughts, experiences, and feelings into our own inner fuel. With that fuel, we propel ourselves to a greater version of ourselves.

Adrian tells listeners: “Everybody has a different distance that they need to travel to get to their goal so stop comparing yourself to everybody else”
