Freedom from Fear

FEAR is a natural, normal, healthy, powerful emotion to protect us from harm or danger. 

Yet, there is also an unhealthy fear that prevents us from experiencing LIFE to the fullest.  Most often FEAR is:  False Evidence Appearing Real. 
I love the reminder that FEAR is:  Feelings Emotions And Reactions.

In this episode, I explore the many aspects of fear and share personal examples from my own life as well.  My goal for you is to increase your peace, joy, and love for yourself, in your relationships, and in your LIFE.
I hope that it will inspire you to replace your fears with faith.
