Mitch talks more about his proposed weapons company that would be transparent from the ground up. Helming this transparent company would allow Mitch to sit down with every defense contractor, look them in the eye, and explain that they need to become as transparent as possible with their company. Mitch also proposes a way for him to do this using his connections at the embroidery shop if the military doesn't want to wait around for the weapons company. Mitch then explains how any nation receiving aid from the US must have these guarantees in their constitution: Equal rights, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right to trial by jury. If a nation doesn't have these guarantees in their constitution they must amend it or lose US aid. Mitch will also look into restricting trade to those nations that do not have these guarantees and opening trade to those that do.
