Dr. Pete Norris is the founder of Harvest Fellowship Church NC. He has been the Senior Pastor for 25 plus years. God has laid it on Dr. Norris's heart to preach and teach the Grace Message of Jesus Christ to the world. There is a difference in Law and Grace.
