How to STOP Comparing Yourself to Others On Social Media
The reality is, social media is everyone’s highlight reel. We are showing our curated lives which often leads to comparison. Society has made us believe if we don’t have what the person we follow has, then we aren’t good enough. That simply isn’t REALITY, humans are multifaceted creatures and with that are their highs and lows. The highs are the ones we see in our feeds and the lows are the ones we ruminate on behind closed doors.
Today’s episode is for the person who isn’t feeling enough because of the false competition they are creating in their minds with the people on their screens. I give perspective on how to help navigate this process and realize we are all human and we only show people what we want them to see. STOP comparing and start realizing that no one is perfect and your journey is unique and special just like YOU!
