Foundational Basics 1 for Your Weekly Dose of Higher Consciousness is Based on the Teaching of Dr. David R. Hawkins:

In order to come up to speed on this podcast, "Your Weekly Dose of Higher Consciousness" I thought it would be a good idea to lay some basic groundwork for you.

The first thing I'd like you to know is that almost everything I share with you every week will be based on the teachings of Dr. David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. and his extensive work in the field of consciousness research, the comprehensive library of books that he has written on the subject of consciousness, and lectures available all over YouTube.

This podcast will also share my own experience (you Happy Host & Trumpeter of Truth, Liz Gracia)  with a quantum spiritual awakening and experiencing relatively rare and high levels of consciousness as well as confrontations with non-physical, yet extremely low levels of consciousness.

The primary books by Dr. David R. Hawkins that I will refer to often are:
Power vs Force
Truth vs Falsehood
Letting Go: The Pathway to Surrender, and
The Book of Slides
