Say hello to our first live podcast! : ) During Mental Health Awareness Month, we joined the movement to speak up about mental health. Aside from our Mental Health Resource Guide [linked below!], we also hosted a panel featuring women who have their own empowering journeys with mental health for our community in Chicago. We covered topics ranging from disordered eating to anxiety + depression to supporting loved ones facing mental health challenges. This conversation was vulnerable, informational, + inspiring, so much so that we wanted to share it with the ENTIRE community.
