Speaker 1:

Thank you so much for joining us. And she helps people achieve their ultimate life goals. Chloe's approach is very much evidence-based, proven systems and scientific data to support the effectiveness of this type of work, helping her clients to overcome obstacles that keep them stuck in life through manifesting and raising your vibe. So in this episode we get really specific. We talk about Chloe's exact manifestation formula and how she uses this with her clients, many of them who are looking to call in more wealth. So we talk a little bit about how you can approach manifestation and money to bring those things together. We also address how to actually measure your vibe.

Speaker 1:

I think raise the vibe is thrown around a lot in settings, but how do we even know what our vibe is and how do we actually raise it with very practical steps and tools in mind? Something I uncovered organically in my conversation with Chloe is that she has a very beautiful relationship with her husband where they really strive to bring their different approaches to life together and co-create and make magic together. Chloe follows her intuition and her feelings and her partner is more analytical and boy could I relate to that. But she talked a lot about how they've come together and really worked on those differences and even started to use them as a superpower in her marriage, and has advice on how other couples might approach, becoming more aligned with their partner or having difficult conversations, so that you can discuss your goals and how they might be different, but how you can come together and build a life that both of you are really excited about. So I love that we added that in there.

Speaker 1:

We even address the skeptics, because I find there's nothing more annoying than when you tell somebody about this epic thing that you just manifested and then they poke holes at oh well, that's a coincidence or that's not science back, or that is woo, woo. And so I put Chloe on the hot seat. Let's talk to these skeptics. What are the limitations of manifesting and is there real science and research here? So look forward to that. You're going to learn a lot with no further delay. Here's Chloe. Chloe, welcome to the Freedom Lifestyle Podcast. How are we feeling today? What's the vibe going into this interview? It's great.

Speaker 2:

Sam, the vibe is calm and ease and flow. That's how I'm feeling today.

Speaker 1:

Amazing. Okay, good, I'll try not to shake that up with your calm demeanor and I feel it from you. I was just talking backstage how you've been on a little bit of a book tour doing all these podcast interviews and all of that. So I'm really excited that our show has been added to your list and I had a peek at your book, read some chapters and really excited to dive into that today. Awesome.

Speaker 2:

Ready to explore.

Speaker 1:

Where in the world are you taking today's call from Curious? What time it is there and what would you normally be doing if you weren't on this interview with me?

Speaker 2:

Actually, I'm in Seattle Washington. I recently moved from LA and I love it here. If I wasn't doing this podcast, I would probably either be writing so I'm working on another project right now or I would be with a client so that would be either one of the two or possibly walking my dog it depends on you know what he's up to. He's pretty needy, so I would probably be doing one of those three things.

Speaker 1:

LA to Seattle. That seems like a big lifestyle change. What was the motivation there?

Speaker 2:

I've always wanted to live in the Pacific Northwest, even before I was in LA. I'm like can we just go to the Pacific Northwest? There's just this calming energy. I don't know, but whenever I'm in either Oregon or Washington, I just have this calming energy. And, of course, california is its own beautiful place and I'm so grateful that I lived there for seven years.

Speaker 2:

But the next chapter in my life was somewhere that was calling in ease, flow and peace, and that's the next chapter that I'm in right now in my life and that is what this is. So I was just like ease, flow and peace, and that's the next chapter that I'm in right now in my life and that is what this is. So I was just like okay, we have a chance to live in Seattle, let's do it. It was kind of random and we actually just came to Seattle this was back in Christmas of 23. Just randomly checking out the area to see if we liked it.

Speaker 2:

We had no intentions on buying a house or moving and literally three days in, we randomly just happened to tour some houses and we actually put an offer in on a house and we bought a house unexpectedly over Christmas. It was our Christmas present. So I'm like, okay, this is the next chapter, because it's just I love it. I don't know, I just I feel like this place is magic and it's just the next up level that I was trying to call in and manifest, and this is what I've gotten. So I'm I'm happy about that so exciting.

Speaker 1:

I mean I'm in Vancouver, BC, or near Vancouver, so pretty close to I'm not sure if you've just been a little bit more North, but totally agree the lifestyle, the vibe, the energy, but also just the power of changing up your environment and how helpful that can be to change other aspects of your life and up-level in other ways. It sounds like it was a we that you did the move with. And so what is your partner or whoever you're traveling with? Maybe you just mean the dog, but you know, are they on board for a life up level? How much alignment is there in terms of thinking about approaching life that way?

Speaker 2:

No. So me and my husband, we were the ones who made the decision and it was basically it was about his job, because his job is based in LA. So you know, we lived, we have a house in the Northern suburbs of LA and we're like, okay, you can use back and forth a few times a week. If we ever did leave, would they be okay with that? And that was really the big question was how are we going to make this work Right? And he was at a place where he wanted to call in more ease and flow. He's in a really great position, he's in a really great company, he does a lot of things, he's a leader in his position and he also is very present in his role. But he also felt the need that he wanted to call in more ease and flow.

Speaker 2:

And I think we were just at that stage in our lives where we're ready for the next thing and our peace of mind, our happiness, calling that in is important to us and that's what Washington is giving us. And he was on board with it. And I'm like, oh, wow, this is all working out, because at first I wasn't for sure that what happened or not, and when we pulled the trigger. It was just like wow, like this thing is really happening. I was just so ready for what I feel right now.

Speaker 2:

I can't even explain it to you. I haven't had the pleasure of going to Vancouver or anywhere in BC yet I'm going to do that very soon but it's just the calmness of what I think the PNW brings, and I wanted to have that as part of my everyday life In California. I love it, but I was just ready for something else, and he was as well. So we were both aligned and I think having a partner that's aligned is you need that right. If you're not on the same page, you're not able to move forward, and he was totally on board with me and I'm really grateful that we're on the same page as far as what we want, what's our true essences, what we're trying to call in. We're all aligned in that rim, and that allowed us to make this spontaneous move and make it a reality.

Speaker 1:

That's so beautiful. I agree with so much of what you just said. I honestly feel like the biggest threat to my own marriage is a future where we're misaligned, where suddenly our North star is changing and because we both have such growth mindsets and are so ambitious and our life is constantly changing, I feel like that's a bit of a threat, because when you're changing so much, are you going to keep changing together? Are you going to keep aligning with that same North Star or in our individual pursuits of constantly growing? Are we going to wake up one day and be like, whoa, I'm a different person than you met and now it's not going the same way, and that does scare me sometimes. Does that ever come up for you, you know?

Speaker 2:

as far as like living our lives together. There were some things in the beginning when I was manifesting because I'm I love to think big right, like nothing scares me, like even when I landed my book deal for this book that to me it wasn't scary and for some people it's like, oh my God, that's something that you know it's very hard to achieve. But I think for me, the way that I think about things has completely changed that things that are not scary to me are scary to him. Or how did you do that? How is that possible? Because he's such an analytical person and he thinks in a very analytical way. And I'm completely the opposite. I'm just more of like, I'm an intuitive, I'm creative and I go with how my gut feels and I don't usually think on the analytical stage. And because he does, it's kind of like there was a clash of well, how are you making this happen? If you didn't do X, y and Z, how is that possible? But I think, now that he's seen the power of how manifestation works and how it's happened in our lives, he's more open to it. But we've always been intuitive and spiritual people. We have always been that way. But it is definitely it has been scary because I'm like, oh my gosh, I really want to live in Seattle, but is he able to go right now? And if he want to live in Seattle but is he able to go right now, and if he's not able to go, when is that going to happen? That was a thought that I had in the back of my mind, like I don't want to leave this place. You know, we went back in December of 23 and it's just like what if this can't be ours? I don't want to have a teaser of what could be, just to go back and then the dream of that will be diminished. It so happened that he was just perfectly aligned with that and we made it work out.

Speaker 2:

But I think, all couples, there are some things that you're just never going to agree upon, so it's just better to agree or disagree. But I think the main core essences are something that you have to be aligned with, and this is one of them, for sure, as far as your livelihood, where are you going to stay? What are you going to do? How do you want your life to unfold? What makes you happy? What are the foundations? And we're super aligned with that and I made sure of that early on in the relationship. But even as we've grown as people, we still have those same core foundations.

Speaker 2:

I think that doesn't really change a person. But I think experiences change you and it depends on the kind of experience that you have that mold you to become who you're trying to be. But also other people change you, people who make you feel a certain way or make you feel a way that you shouldn't feel or how you want to feel. They also can mold you to become better or worse or stagnant. And I'm just really blessed and I'm lucky that this guy of mine we're aligned in everything that I want us to be aligned in and the things that I don't want, we work on those. We talk about it. I think communication is really what people need to work on If they feel that they're not aligned. You have to talk about what you want and then come to a happy middle. That's how it works in marriage.

Speaker 1:

I totally agree Communication is key. I also know that communication can be challenging for some people and, not to generalize, but men do typically have less experience talking about their feelings, talking about their desires, communicating what they want, knowing what they want and like putting their heart on their sleeve. And that's definitely changing and there's a lot of progress happening. But so much of what you shared is similar to my own journey, and so if someone's listening to this and they're thinking, yeah, we are misaligned, like I want this big vision for our life and I'm not sure how to influence him or get him on board or talk about it, whenever we try to have those conversations, there's a bit of a wall and he has trouble expressing his feelings or talking about that. Is there any advice or wisdom you could pass on to a couple that might be feeling that way after hearing your amazing story?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you should read my book, but no, I talk about this in my book, untapped Magic, because a lot of people are unaligned and they don't know if this person is either going to A work out long term or, b if they're already fully committed, meaning that they're in a marriage. How do they know if this is something that they want to continue on? And if they don't, because it's so scary how do you have that conversation when you think, okay, it's time for us to really have a talk about what the future looks like. Talk about what the future looks like, and one thing that I tell people who are looking either to find love or they're in a relationship is does this person match your essences? And what I mean by essences is these are the core, foundational principles that this person has to have before you even decide. This is your person, meaning, do they align with who you want them to be?

Speaker 2:

When I called in my husband, I had core principles. He had to be tall. That was number one, because I'm 5'9", so he definitely had to be over 6'2" and it was a non-negotiable and obviously number two. I had to be attracted to him. But, on a more serious note, I wanted him to be a kind of person who, no matter what happened if I was in a bad mood or I was having a bad day or we weren't agreeing with something he would love me unconditionally, without conditions, meaning he wouldn't falter, he wouldn't change, his love would remain constant. And that's something that a lot of people struggle with, because if they get into an argument, they love someone less or I don't know now you're, you're not the same or something's changed. They don't have that consistency, and I wanted him to be able to be a kind, genuine, loyal, loving person, no matter what, and obviously love my family, my friends, me. But I had to put down these core essences in order to call him in, and I knew that I'm worthy of that, because I'm going to give him this and more. But I want him to also emulate what I'm going to be giving him.

Speaker 2:

And once I had my foundational principles down, I just knew who was the guy and who wasn't, because they didn't align with what I wanted them to be, and that was what was really important to me. So I think if people are struggling with alignment, you have to ask yourself is this person going to stand up for you, no matter what Are they going to be your ride or die? Are they going to be with you through thick and thin and are they going to love you consistently, constantly, without falter, no matter what happens? What is your core, foundational principles when it comes to love? And if they're not, talk about it. What happened to them where they feel that they can't do that or they can't be that for you? Is that acceptable for you? And be honest with yourself?

Speaker 2:

I think so many of us we lie to ourselves that, whatever comes our way, we lie and say this is what I want, even though we know this is not what we want. But because we don't know or we're afraid to actually be truthful with ourselves, we're just calling in the first thing that walks through the door. So for us to have alignment, we have to number one, like I said, know our essences and be really intentional with what we want in our lives and have a firm hand in saying either you have this or you don't. And if they don't, you know that they're not your person.

Speaker 2:

If you're in a marriage already and you are trying to save your marriage, you have to ask yourself is this what I want to save?

Speaker 2:

Do I really want to be with this person long-term and if I do, what can I do in order for me and this person to have a long, lasting relationship? How can we both cultivate in happiness? What does that look like for us? And sit down together and have that honest conversation? But if your partner is not willing to do that, then it may be a time where you can consider doing couples counseling or coaching or having them talk to a trusted friend to be able to get more in tune with how they feel and then to come back to the table. To get more in tune with how they feel and then to come back to the table. But if they're not going to be willing to do that for you, it's time to question again your core values as in is this your perfect partner or have you been lying to yourself all this time? As hard as that may be, you have to face the truth sometimes and figure out what aligns with you and what doesn't.

Speaker 1:

What aligns with you and what doesn't. Absolutely, it sounds like you manifested your partner, that you actually took a lot of the approaches that you write about in your book Untapped Magic A Practical Guide to Spiritual Awakening. You were doing that even before you wrote the book, and that's how you called in your partner, and so maybe we should talk about the formula that you have for manifesting, which is intention plus essence equals manifestation. Can you walk us through what that means, then, and maybe we can workshop an example of something I'm manifesting after? That would be cool.

Speaker 2:

All right. So in my book I talk about that. Intention plus the essence equals the manifestation, and what I mean by that is we have to have an intention behind our manifestation, meaning we can't just say I want the perfect person or I want a million dollars and there's no essence behind that. We have to actually put in what I call the foundational principles, or the quality of what that essence is going to bring us. So if we're trying to call in more money and we want a million dollars, well, what is the million dollars going to provide for us? How are we going to manage the money? What do we want to feel when we have the million dollars? Is it to have safety, security, generational wealth? Is it to be able to have sustainability or to call in ease and flow? What is the essence behind the money? The same with a partner. You want a partner. That's great. But what about the partner? Should they be a certain height? Should they look a certain way? How are they going to treat you, your friends, your family, if you get into an argument? How are they going to respond or how are they going to react? What is their energy like? Is it a calming energy?

Speaker 2:

You have to put down these foundations in order for the intention of the manifestation to come through, because otherwise you're going to be calling in anything, and we don't want that right. We want to have the exact person that we want to call in, versus a random guy who we don't find attractive and he doesn't have anything that we're looking for. So when I talk about that, I want us to get crystal clear on what it is we're trying to manifest. Now, some of us we may not even know what we're trying to call in. We know we want something good, but we just don't know all the fancy, fine details, and that's okay. What I want you to do in that instance is to then call in the essences.

Speaker 2:

How do you want to feel when that thing comes into your life Again, if it's going to be money or if it's going to be a person? How would it feel to have a million dollars? How would you feel? Feel that that is what you're going to attract to you? The same with a partner. When you're with someone, how do they make you feel If you're again going through a tough time? Are they going to be there for you? Are they going to be supportive of you? How do they uplift you and make you even better than what you are right now. You have to focus on the feeling of what it's going to be like to actually have that in your life, and when you focus on the feeling of it, that's when the manifestation will come to you, and that's what I mean by intention plus essence equals your manifestation.

Speaker 1:

I know you also talked about manifesting from authentic self rather than the ego in your book, so how does that align with this and how can we differentiate between those two then?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's a great question. When I talk about manifesting from our authentic self, what I'm talking about is manifesting as if no one's watching you. You're in the shower, you're singing, no one's there, you can be as loud as you want and you're having a good time because no one's there to judge you. When I talk about manifesting from the authentic self, I want you to manifest what you truly desire, and not what you should desire or what someone tells you you need to desire, but what you actually want. If no one was there to judge you or tell you this is the way or this isn't the way, that's the authentic self.

Speaker 2:

When we're manifesting from the egotistic self, to me that means you're manifesting from a place that isn't authentic. It's based upon what someone else has told you to do peers, social media, your family, caretakers, friends and because of all of these beliefs that have built up in you, friends, and because of all of these beliefs that have built up in you, you think you should be manifesting a certain person or a certain type of car or house or money, because this is what society has told you you should be doing, but it isn't what you authentically want. And again, it goes back to the essence and the intention behind it. Meaning you have to feel what you want to feel like if that thing were real and if it was in your life today. Meaning how would it feel to have everything that you want or better right now? What would your life look like? How would you feel If you feel that feeling that's going to allow you to manifest what you want and bring it into your life? Because you are telling the universe I want to feel like this.

Speaker 2:

I want to have happiness, I want to have ease and flow and peace. Feeling like this right now, even though I don't have yet what I want, I know that you're going to bring it to me. It's that trust muscle with the universe and helping you to manifest and bring to you what you're trying to call in. And that's how they go hand in hand and that's the difference between when you manifest authentically versus from your egotistic self from your egotistic self.

Speaker 1:

Okay, that's very helpful. I specifically like focusing on the feeling that you want to feel, because I feel like you and I are probably people who have been having desires our entire life Like we know we want, we're going after it, we're making it happen. Next, next, next, next. I could probably ask you what are you manifesting right now? And you could probably give me a dozen things that you're trying to call in, and the same goes with me. But I have met some people, honestly, who are like I don't know what my dreams are or I don't know what I want.

Speaker 1:

I think this whole manifesting concept is cool and I know there's some science behind it which I definitely want to get into, because there's also some critics behind manifesting. But even to that person who's so intrigued by this law of attraction concept but doesn't even know what to call in, what prompt can we give to that person to help gain clarity on what do I actually authentically want? I'm aware society has been putting me on a path and I'm aware of all of this, but I still can't tap into that authenticity. What's the prompt for them?

Speaker 2:

I would tell them again to go back to your feelings and to focus on how do you want to feel, what lights you up, what are your passions? What do you enjoy doing? It can be something as simple as being in nature or going for a walk, or just having that calm and ease and just that, I don't know, just that perfect stillness about someone. Right, it all depends on what we're trying to feel and what we want to feel like, how we want someone to make us feel, how they can amplify how we already feel about ourselves. So I would say for anyone who's struggling with manifesting anything they don't even know what to manifest how do you want to feel? Do you want to wake up happy on a Monday? Do you want to enjoy Sunday and not worry about Monday coming around, because you just love the way your life is? Do you want to be able to just have time and spend it with yourself or call in a partner to help amplify that happiness? What do you want to feel like?

Speaker 2:

And once you get clear on that, that will draw you to things that will bring you that feeling right and from there you can take it to. Okay, do I want to make this a hobby, or do I want to grow this into a business or something more than just a hobby? Do I want to spend more time painting or writing or whatever it is that you want to do? That's how you can actually manifest things that will show you and guide you to your authenticity, because I know, with a lot of us, social media has dimmed our light and it's unfortunate, but there's just so much on social media that has affected a lot of us, especially mental health wise, and I want to tell you that, as long as you know who you are, or you're getting closer to knowing who you are, you can cultivate in the happiness that your life desires and that you want to bring in into your life.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely Okay. So really focus on how you want to feel and then, if you are somebody who knows how you want to feel but also knows you are somebody who knows how you want to feel but also knows that you want, we got to make it as specific as possible. I've seen so many of those memes of manifesting gone wrong and I have so many examples of my own journey. I remember for so long I was saying I want to get paid to travel, I want to get paid to travel. I want to get paid to travel. And sure enough, I got an opportunity to be part of a women's travel company and travel with the organization. And on paper it sounded so great and every time I would tell people about this job I had, it would get so much validation from the public.

Speaker 1:

It was a very ego-driven job. But then when I was actually on the trips, nothing about it was how I wanted to feel. My nervous system was always so shot. It was super stressful. It wasn't the types of traveling I wanted to do. It was totally not aligned with the places I wanted to go to. And then I had to keep going back to the places because I was an expert in it and I was like well, I'm getting paid to travel, but this is really not what I meant, and so it is so important that we get specific, and that's why?

Speaker 2:

because they'll just give you whatever you said. You wanted to get paid to travel. Okay, here's your travel, here's your pay. But were you specific? So I totally can resonate with that. I mean, early on in my journey I had a similar story where I would manifest boyfriends who were crappy. I mean, they looked great on paper, they looked nice on the outside, but on the inside they were crap, and it was because I wasn't specific with the type of partner that I wanted. And again, I was like a teenager, like 18, 19. But the point is it works, but we have to be very specific. The point is it works, but we have to be very specific. And that's why it's so important, when you know what you want, to write down every minute detail, because that way, when that thing shows up, it's exactly what you want or it's greater than what you call them. So that's super important for us to get crystal clear, if we know exactly what we really want.

Speaker 1:

And I love that you just said because it works, which is a great segue into what I want to make sure we address today, which is like the limitations of manifesting. How do we address the skeptics who hear about manifesting and poke holes at it? What can we say to them about the science or the research, or how confident you are from everything you've learned that this really is real and law of attraction isn't some woo-woo thing, that's coincidental, it is proven. Talk to them, talk to the skeptics.

Speaker 2:

I was a skeptic. No, I was. I'm like this crap doesn't work. This is ridiculous, this is a waste of my time and energy, because I would do things that the books would say that I, the movies, would tell you to do think happy thoughts, or say this mantra the end. And that was it right. But it wasn't the end. That was just the tip of the iceberg. It wasn't even a foundational principle of thinking happy thoughts, and what I had to realize was that I needed to dig deeper and do more work to actually figure out the foundational principles of manifestation, the science behind it, right, and once I figured that out, that's when it began to work for me.

Speaker 2:

So the subconscious mind plays a huge role in manifestation, because this is where all of our long-term memories are housed. Everything is housed there, from a baby, a child, an adolescent, even as a young adult. It's housed in the subconscious mind and this is where our beliefs. They live in the subconscious mind. And if we have the same beliefs that we have from a child and we haven't changed them and they're not doing us any good, we have to go back and rewrite that story in order to cultivate and call in what we really want to do so. Our subconscious mind, like I mentioned it, houses our long-term memory and our conscious mind it houses our awareness. Right now we're having this conversation, we're aware of our surroundings right now. That's our conscious awareness. And when we understand how the subconscious and the conscious mind works, that's a foundational principle to build upon manifesting and having lifelong success and not just fly by night one time success manifestations, because we know how manifesting works and we can take that and we can use that for the better.

Speaker 2:

And in my book I talk about how the subconscious mind works and how we can use it. But quickly, to give you a little analogy on it, what I mean by that is if we have a fear of being successful or a fear of not having enough money or finding the perfect person or keeping the perfect person or whatever it is that we're trying to manifest, that is simply due to a scarcity mindset. There's a block that we have and we need to be able to unblock in that part of our life, to really call in and rewrite that story so that we're able to live the life that we want. Who felt invisible or who were unloved or whatever we had experienced at that time, and to go back as an observer and to tell our younger self everything's going to be okay. To give ourselves the love and care that we need in order to unblock our subconscious mind, to erase that belief system that no longer serves us, and to then write a new belief that we want to serve in our lives going forward and that can be I am safe, I am secure, I am protected, I am loved.

Speaker 2:

Whatever we need to hear that we believe in to be true for us. We can then write that story and we can tell ourselves that this is my new life now. From now on, I am loved, I am protected, I am worthy, I have more than enough. Everything will always work out for me, and that becomes the new narrative. So for the skeptics out there, I encourage you to go back and create foundational principles to understand are you blocked in a way in your life? Did someone or something hurt you before that you're still holding on to? When you let that go, then try manifesting again, because once we do that and we have a new story, we can then call in and cultivate what we really want to have in this world. That's what I would say to them, because I was one of them.

Speaker 1:

Totally, and is there any data or proven research or studies that are happening that we can refer people to? Because I worry that someone who's a skeptic basically saying, okay, we'll try it this way this time. They might not even be open to that because they don't have a connection between something that's so intangible and the proof that it works. And so are there people studying this? Is there any data or true science-backed research that manifestation does work, that you've learned about or that you know is happening? Yes, there is.

Speaker 2:

So there are so many studies that talk about neuroscience and I encourage skeptics or anyone to look up any specific study on neuroscience and neural pathways. Neural pathways they are signals that basically tell our brain something. So if we touch the stove and we get burned and we're like, oh my God, that was hot, A neural pathway basically sent a signal from your brain to your hand and say move your hand because it's hot, move it out the way, right. So what those neural pathways do when we're trying to manifest something is they rewrite new passages, meaning that they create, let's say, new roads in our mind for us to have new ways of thinking. That way we can cultivate new ways of manifesting and then eliminate the ones that no longer serve us.

Speaker 2:

There is so much research on this. If you Google neural pathways, if you Google manifestation data points, you will find studies that will provide you with information that it has been proven to work. So there's definitely studies out there. We just have to be proactive and want to dig deeper and research on how we can figure out what works for us and then what may not work for us, because manifestation it isn't a one size fit all right, it's going to be tailored to how we accept information, how we process information and, based upon that, what may work for someone may not work for someone else. It's best to understand what works for us and then use that to help us create the life that we want to live.

Speaker 1:

Absolutely Okay, great examples, and I will also mention Joe Dispenza is somebody that I've really followed. His book breaking the habit of being yourself is so science backed and really talks about what you're saying, like neural pathways and these signals that we send to our brain, and how real and proven all of this is. So I doubt you're listening to this if you are a skeptic and you saw manifesting in the title, but I bet you're somebody who has people in your life that when you bring them the joy of manifesting and how amazing this is and how it's working, you have those people poking holes at it, because that is my experience. And so there you have it. Now we have some answers and ways that you can defend something that is so powerful and real for you that I personally find when people take it down a notch and make me question it, it kind of like loses its power, which is my own journey to work through.

Speaker 1:

But I think it was great that we can give some examples. So a couple more questions. I know we're almost at time, but something that you talk about in the book is the importance of keeping our vibration high, regardless of our current circumstances, and we hear this thrown around a lot about raising your vibe, and this is how you raise your vibe. How do we even know what level our vibe is at right now? Is there anything that we can do to kind of measure our current vibrational frequency? And then let's talk about how we can actually do it and what you share in the book.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. So in order for us to check our vibe right now, it's just simply asking how do you feel? How do you feel right now On one being really bad, three being oh, whatever, I'm okay, to five being static how are you feeling? And that's how you can measure your wavelength and how you're able to attract or manifest something. When you're feeling really, really good, people can feel that because you're emitting your energy to other people and they're attracted to that. You attract more people. When you're feeling crappy, you're not really in a good mood, people are like, oh, are you okay, are you doing okay today? And that's because you're emitting that energy.

Speaker 1:

I hate that, when someone says that to me, of being like are you okay? Like it seems like there's something wrong, and then I'm just like, oh, I'm like putting it out there, I'm showing people, but it is so true, people can really feel that energy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean your spouse can feel it. You can be in the other room. They're like what's going on, you know? So people can feel the energy. It's your facial expression, it's the way that you move, it's just your aura.

Speaker 2:

So if you're wanting to raise your vibe something that I do if I'm not feeling my best, I go back to my mantras. This is where they come into handy and I go back to them and I read them and I think about everything that I've manifested in my life and how my life is the way it is today, based upon every single thing that I have done up until this point. This is my life now, and once I think about everything I have, how grateful I am for my life, it obliviates even a thousand negative thoughts, because one positive thought has that much power over negativity. And we can raise our vibes by going back to mantras. I have them sprinkled all over my book because I want people to know that how you feel about yourself, how you think about yourself, it affects your life and I want people to raise their vibe. But if you're feeling low, you can increase your vibe by saying something such as everything will always work out for me. I will get through this. I am worthy, I am deserving and know that whenever it's raining, the sun will always come out. Whenever there is an ebb in your life, whenever there's a drought, there's always a flow on the horizon. You're never going to be stuck in a negative situation. Unless you allow yourself to linger there. You will always have a way to get out.

Speaker 2:

And once people believe that, and once I believe that, my life changed, my mantra now is everything always works out for me and it always does, because I believe that to be true and that's a part of my subconscious imprint where it is true for me in my life that everything will always work out for me, in order for us to know if we're really far away from a manifestation, if it feels like it's just so far away, it means that that thing that you're trying to call in is on a much higher vibrational frequency level than where you are right now, and what that means is you still have work to do Now. This could be calling in a book deal. This could be a new career. This could be a move across. Book deal, this could be a new career. This could be a move across the country.

Speaker 2:

This can be anything, and if it feels so far away you're not there yet, it means you still have to do aligned, actionable steps to get there. That can mean raising your vibe as well, but also putting in the work to get to where you want to go, because we do have to do the work to get there. We can't just think about things all day long. We actually have to do the work to achieve the goal in this life.

Speaker 1:

That's a good reminder. Action is part of all of this really setting things in motion, understanding like the law of change and how that even works in the physics behind that. You kind of have to sometimes take the first step or takes that next step to let the universe and the world know that you are ready for this and that you're moving towards that. So really glad we touched on that. I am going to include a link to untapped magic in the show notes for this. So please, everyone, definitely go check out Chloe's book. It sounds like there's so much goodness in there for us to view and to take in, regardless of whether you're a seasoned manifester or you're completely new to this. I think there's something in this book for everybody. So we'll definitely include that. Chloe, my final question for you. The show is called the Freedom Lifestyle. I'm so happy that you were drawn to being featured as a guest here and you said yes to this opportunity. How does the term freedom lifestyle resonate with you? We can close off there.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, freedom lifestyle. For me, it means being able to do whatever I want to do whenever I want to do it, and it lights me up. But I'm also secure and I'm aligned in every other area in my life. I'm financially secure, financially stable. Relationships are also aligned. I am aligned with myself, I am happy and my vibe is always high. And that's what freedom lifestyle means to me.

Speaker 1:

Amazing, love it. Great way to end. Thank you so much, chloe, and thank you everyone for listening. Thank you, sam.
