Susan Palmer Wood chose to be successful from a young age and she chased an ideal path that helped her eventually land a big job in Seattle with a six-figure income and all the perks.  She ended up with extra money in the bank and a sense of security in her achievements.

However her success required a large time commitment which kept her at odds with her family and with her own health and well-being.  After coming to know that both her teenage kids were diagnosed with anxiety and ADD she hit a low point and collapsed to the floor on an early morning workday and having lost all of her strength she could not pull herself back up.  She would be house bound for three months trying to figure out what she was afraid of and what she was secretly running from.  Her journey back from her darkest hour revealed her own resilience and set her on a new course to help others struggling with their own purpose.
