Sue, a veteran VP, has helped organizations, such as Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, maneuver through major change initiatives. Recently Sue helped turn the culture at Pemco Insurance from a hierarchal parent culture - follow the rules and do what management says - to a culture of involvement and inclusion - everyone is involved and responsible for taking ownership of their role.
